One review chain for every client Brand

Run each client as its own Workspace, or each client Brand inside one, with access scoped per Brand and an Approval Workflow that carries a required role and an hour deadline at every stage.

An Approval Workflow with three ordered stages, each with its role and deadline in hours: copy review in 24 hours, a claims check in 12 hours and brand sign-off in 48 hours, plus the owner auto-approve rule.

A Workspace per client, a Brand per account

A Workspace is one tenant with its own billing, members, content and settings, reachable at its own subdomain. Agencies keep one client per Workspace when the work must stay separate, or hold several client Brands inside one Workspace when the same people cover them. Each Brand carries its own identity, voice, guidelines and connected accounts, and a switcher in the top bar sets the active Brand.

  • Create a Workspace per client, or a Brand per client account.
  • Switch Brand from the top bar and the whole app follows the new context.

Access scoped per Brand

Access is layered. Workspace roles run Owner, Admin and Member. Spaces group work by function and Teams sit inside them, nest, and are granted access to specific Brands, inherited by sub-teams unless overridden. So the people on one client see that client's Brand and nothing else, and a freelancer added for one account stays on that account.

  • Put each client's people in a Team, and grant that Team the Brand.
  • Add a freelancer to one Team, and leave the rest of the Workspace out of reach.

Client review inside the workflow

Review is an ordered chain of stages, each with a required role and a deadline in hours. Invite the client as a member, scope them to their Brand, and put their role on the stage that signs off. Pending approvals past their deadline escalate on their own. Comments carry mentions, change requests and the full approval history, and both posts and media assets run through it.

  • Set a workflow per Brand, or a Workspace-wide default.
  • Add the client's role as a stage, and set the hours it has.
  • Approve or reject in bulk from the queue.

Reports under your own branding

Reports run on a schedule and export to CSV and PDF. White-label settings carry a custom domain, a Brand name, a logo, primary and accent colors, an email sender name, and report header and footer markup, so what lands with the client is the agency's document.

  • Point a custom domain at your reporting and set the logo and colors.
  • Write the report header and footer once, and every scheduled report uses it.

Share a calendar

A share link puts a read-only view of the calendar in front of someone without an account. Name the link, give it an expiry date if you want one, and deactivate or delete it when the engagement ends. Approval still happens inside the Approval Workflow with the client as a named role, not on the shared view.

  • Create a named share link and copy it into an email to the client.
  • Set an expiry date, or deactivate the link later.
The calendar share panel open with two links, one of them expiring: the Link Name field, the Expires field, and the list of existing links with their copy, open, deactivate and delete controls.

Add a Brand without changing plan

The metered units are Brands and team members, which is what an agency adds when it wins a client. Add-ons raise one limit at a time rather than forcing a tier change: the Team add-ons raise the member limit, the Shelf add-ons raise the Brand limit. The current counts and prices are on /pricing, which always matches what the product offers.

Add-on Packages in Billing: the active Shelf Plus add-on, the team member and Brand slot add-ons, and Shelf Plus marked as subscribed.

Questions

Not today. A client reviews as a member scoped to their Brand, holding the role on the approval stage that signs off. A read-only calendar share link is the one view that works without an account.

Give each client its own Workspace, or its own Brand with a Team granted access to that Brand alone. The Media Library folder tree is per Brand, so assets stay where they belong.

Each stage carries a deadline in hours. Anything past its deadline escalates on its own, and the queue shows what is pending, by Brand, with bulk approve and reject.

Yes. Set the custom domain, logo, colors and report header in white-label settings, then schedule the report as CSV or PDF.

Add a Shelf add-on to raise the Brand limit, or a Team add-on to raise the member limit, instead of moving up a tier. /pricing shows both at their current prices.
