Account and billing

Billing and plans

How the plans, the free trial, add-ons, coupons and invoices work, and what happens when a Workspace reaches a limit.

Billing belongs to the Workspace, and only the Owner can change it. This page explains the shape of the plans and what the billing screens do. The current figures are on /pricing, which reads them from the same definitions the product enforces.

The plans

There are three paid plans, Emerging, Expert and Elite, plus Enterprise agreements for organizations that need their own terms. Each plan sets the number of Brands, the number of team members, how many posts can be scheduled per month, and how much storage the Workspace gets.

Plans also meter AI seats by role, in the same role categories people occupy on a Campaign: Content Writers, Designers, Social Managers, Motion Artists and Analysts. A Campaign role is filled by a person or by an Agent, so what you are choosing between plans is staff capacity rather than a feature checklist. See Roles and permissions.

API keys are included on Elite and on Enterprise agreements. See API and webhooks.

Monthly and annual billing are both available, and annual is billed as one payment for the year.

The free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The trial gives you the plan you picked rather than a reduced version of it, so what you test is what you would buy.

While the trial runs, the app shows how long is left. When it expires, the Workspace keeps your content but stops the actions a paid plan pays for until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted because a trial ended.

When you reach a limit

Plan limits are enforced in the product rather than reconciled later on an invoice. When a Workspace reaches one, the app says which limit was hit and what your options are, at the moment you hit it.

You then have two ways forward. Move to a plan whose limits fit, or buy an add-on package that extends the one limit you have outgrown without changing tier. Add-ons are the right answer when a single number is the problem, such as storage or scheduled posts.

Coupons

A coupon code is entered at checkout. Coupons carry their own rules about which plans they apply to and how many times they can be used, so a code can be valid for one plan and not another.

Invoices and changing your plan

Invoice history lives in the billing screen, and every invoice can be downloaded there. From the same place, an Owner can upgrade, downgrade, cancel or reactivate a subscription without writing to us.

An upgrade takes effect immediately. A cancellation leaves the Workspace on the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and reactivating before that date keeps everything as it was.

Referrals

Every user gets a referral code and a link. Signups that come through it are tracked, with their status and the earnings attached to them visible on your own referrals screen.
