Subprocessors

The vendors Collabre uses to host the product, store files, take payments, send email and run AI models, and the data each one receives.

How this list is kept

The list is read out of the code and the deployment configuration rather than written by hand. A vendor belongs here when Collabre sends it data or when it holds data for Collabre. A vendor whose only trace is a comment or a name in a schema stays off the list, and a vendor is added the same day a credential or a client for it is.

A region that still asks for the owner's confirmation is not final. Those rows are published in the state the list holds them in, rather than filled in with a guess, and the confirmed region replaces the note as soon as the owner supplies it. Where a vendor's own agreement is not linked below, Collabre supplies it on request.
