Folders, tags and search
Every Brand gets its own nested folder tree, so one client's files never mix with another's. Uploaded images are analyzed by a vision model and tagged with objects, scenes and content, each tag carrying a confidence score. Add your own tags beside the AI ones and search across both. Assets are reusable across posts, Campaigns and Brands.
- Create a folder per client, Campaign or quarter, and nest it as deep as you need.
- Search by a written description of the image, or by any tag on the asset.
- Add manual tags where the vision model labeled an asset thinly.
Versions
Each asset keeps a version history with an active-version pointer. Upload a replacement and the pointer moves, so the posts and Campaigns that reference the asset follow it. Compare two versions before you set the active one, and leave comments on the asset itself. Assets run through Approval Workflows the same way posts and Campaign Content Slots do, so a new version is reviewed before it becomes the active one.
- Upload a new version, compare it against the previous one, and set the active version.
- Comment on an asset to record what changed and why.
- Send a new version into the Brand's Approval Workflow and let the named role sign it off.
Storage
Each Workspace has a storage quota, and the library shows the plan, how much is stored and how much the plan allows, so nobody meets the ceiling at upload time. The per-plan limits live in the product registry that the pricing page reads, so this page prints no figure of its own and cannot drift from the product.
- Watch the storage bar while you upload, beside the count of assets stored.
- Read the limit for your plan on /pricing, where the figures come from the registry.
Design Hub
The Design Hub is one surface over Figma, Canva, Shutterstock and Freepik. Browse and search stock imagery, pull design files in, track licensing, and save what you pick straight into the Media Library. All four carry an Integration Hub card and connect from Settings.
- Open a Figma file, pick frames, and export them into a Brand folder.
- Search Shutterstock and Freepik, license an image, and save it to the Brand.
- Import a Canva design without leaving the Workspace.
AI images
Describe the image you want and Collabre generates one in the composer, beside the post it belongs to. Open an image in the editor to crop it, resize it, adjust it and add text, then save the result as a new version of the asset. LoRA training fine-tunes an image model on your own Brand assets, with dataset management and training job tracking.
- Write a prompt in the composer and pick from what comes back.
- Crop, resize and label an image, then save it as a new version of the asset.
- Build a dataset from Brand assets, start a training job, and watch its status.
Brand Kit
Each Brand carries a Brand Kit: fonts, imagery, saved hashtag sets, locked templates, a voice score and per-locale language variants. The Kit is what the composer and the Agents draw on, so a caption written for one Brand uses that Brand's hashtags and is scored against that Brand's written guidelines.
- Upload Brand fonts and imagery once, then reuse them across posts and Campaigns.
- Save hashtag sets per Brand and drop one into a draft.
- Score a draft against the Brand's written guidelines and read the feedback.
