The Composer
One draft, several platforms. Write in a rich text editor with formatting, lists and a live character count, target the platforms you want, then adapt the copy per platform without creating separate posts. Attach media by drag-and-drop or from the Brand's asset library, order a carousel, pick a video poster frame, and schedule the Instagram first comment. A link in the draft fetches its preview card automatically. Each platform you target shows a live preview of the post beside the editor.
- Override the copy for one platform while the rest keep the original.
- Insert a saved hashtag set instead of retyping it.
- Start from a content template, and roll back to an earlier version from the history panel.
- Finish with Save Draft, Schedule, Publish Now, Submit for Review or Submit to Slot.
The AI panels
Four panels sit beside the editor and act on the draft in front of you.
- AI Generate: produce copy, hashtags and variations from a prompt or a Campaign brief.
- AI Optimize: read suggestions on the current draft and apply them inline.
- SEO: research keywords and insert the target keyword into the draft.
- Uniqueness: check the draft for duplication before it ships.
The calendar
Five views of the same schedule: Month, Week, Day, List and Swimlane, which gives each platform its own lane. Drag a post to a new date or time; month drops keep the time of day, week drops snap to the hour, and a drop into the past is refused. Select many posts to publish, reschedule, duplicate, delete or change status, with undo on reschedules and deletes.
- Filter by platform, status and Campaign.
- Turn on the overlays you need: holidays with a region selector, recurring patterns, Campaign timelines, and the best time to post.
- Share a read-only calendar link with a client or stakeholder who has no account, with an optional expiry date.
- Read the warning when two posts land too close together on the same account.
Publishing
Collabre publishes to twelve social networks: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit and WhatsApp Business. Each integration handles that platform's real requirements, such as Instagram carousels and first comments, LinkedIn's two-phase image upload and TikTok's video processing.
- Watch the queue for what is queued, processing, scheduled and failed.
- Let a failed publish retry with increasing delays, up to three attempts.
- Leave an expired platform token to be refreshed, with the publish retried after it.
- Define a repeating pattern, daily, weekly or monthly, with days and times in a chosen timezone.
- Import a CSV to schedule many posts at once, and check the import history.
Website and CMS
Four content systems publish today: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Ghost. Connect a site with credentials stored encrypted, then publish and update posts, pages and products from the same Campaign as the social work. Content goes to a staging queue first, with a preview URL, and is reviewed before it goes live. Publish status syncs back into Collabre.
- Stage a piece, open its preview URL and approve it before it publishes.
- Set the SEO metadata per piece: meta tags, Open Graph, structured data, robots directives and the canonical URL.
The email piece of a Campaign is built and sent from the same Workspace as the posts. Define audience segments by rule, then have the AI draft subject lines, body copy and calls to action for you to edit. Send to a segment, and each send carries its engagement figures: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed.
- Build a segment from rules rather than from a static list.
- Generate subject lines, body and calls to action, and edit them before they go out.
- Send the campaign to a segment, and read the engagement figures on the send.
- Link the send to the Campaign it belongs to.
