How AI usage is billed

AI capacity is sold as seats, one for each specialist role: AI Content Writers, AI Designers, AI Social Managers, AI Motion Artists and AI Analysts. A plan says how many seats of each role a Workspace can run, and the comparison table above shows the count per plan.

A seat is a role on a Campaign, the same role a person can hold. Whether a person or an Agent fills it does not change the price.

There are no credits and no tokens. Running an Agent more often does not add a line to the invoice, and no part of the bill moves with how much an Agent reads or writes.

Spending caps are a governance control the team sets, not a fee. They apply per Agent run, per Agent per day, and per Workspace per month, and they stop work when the limit is reached. Nothing about a cap appears on the invoice.

Add-ons raise the Brand limit and the team member limit. No add-on sells AI seats, and no add-on changes how AI is billed.

Questions

Yes. A Workspace changes plan from its billing settings, and the new limits apply to the Workspace as soon as the change is saved.

The amount and the timing, not the limits. The annual price is charged once for the year. The yearly view of this page divides that price by twelve so the plans can be compared on one scale, and labels the result "billed yearly". Every limit is the same on both intervals.

A Brand is the organizing unit for content, with its own visual identity, voice, guidelines and connected accounts. A Workspace can hold as many Brands as the Brands row of the table allows, and the Shelf add-ons raise that number.

A post in the scheduled state whose publication time falls inside the current calendar month, counted across every Brand in the Workspace. The count resets at the start of each calendar month.

The product stops the action and returns a message naming the limit that was reached. The app shows that message in an upgrade dialog with a link to the Workspace's billing settings. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing already scheduled is dropped.

The Workspace owner picks a plan from inside the product. No card is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
