Docs and getting started

Three steps to a working Workspace, the documentation for every part of the product, and where the API sits.

Three steps to a working Workspace

The onboarding wizard has three steps.

  1. 1Create the Workspace. It is the tenant that holds billing, members, Brands, content and settings.
  2. 2Create a Brand. Almost nothing is visible until one exists, so this step unlocks content, AI and marketing features.
  3. 3Connect accounts. Social accounts attach to the Brand, and publishing runs from there.

A getting-started checklist on the dashboard tracks what is still outstanding.

Help inside the app

The help center lives inside the app, in your Workspace, so sign in and open Help center rather than following a public link. Alongside it: guided tours that can be restarted at any time, a tutorial video library, a command palette that searches posts, Brands, tasks and Campaigns, and a keyboard shortcut reference. For anything neither the help center nor these pages answer, write to the team from /contact.

The REST API and webhooks

Teams building their own integration use scoped API keys with rate limits. Webhooks deliver Collabre events to an external system, so a tool you already run can react to what happens here. API keys are included on Elite and on Enterprise agreements. Read the API and webhooks page.

/changelog carries dated notes, every page here names the product version its claims were verified against, and each documentation page shows the day it was last updated.
