Most answers live inside the app, next to the screen you are asking about. This page says where each one is and when to write to us instead.
The help center
Sign in and open the help center from your Workspace. It covers the same ground as these pages and goes further into the screens themselves: what each field on a form does, what a status means, and what happens after you press a button. It is scoped to the Workspace you are in, so what you read matches the plan and the features you have.
Guided tours
A guided tour walks you through a screen in place, pointing at the controls in the order you use them. Tours run the first time you open a major surface, and you can restart any of them at any time from the help menu. Restarting a tour changes nothing in your content.
Tutorial videos
The tutorial library holds short recordings of complete jobs: building a post, filling a Content Slot, setting up an Approval Workflow, reading a report. Watch one before you do the job for the first time, rather than reading a page about it.
The command palette
Press the command palette shortcut from anywhere in the app and type. It searches posts, Brands, tasks and Campaigns, and jumps you straight to the record. Use it instead of navigating through the menu when you know the name of what you want.
Keyboard shortcuts
Shortcuts work throughout the app, and the shortcut reference lists them by screen. Open the reference from the help menu and keep it open while you learn the ones you will use daily.
Notifications
The in-app notification center collects what happened while you were away: approvals waiting on you, questions an Agent raised, comments and mentions, publishes that failed. You set preferences per notification type, and a rules engine routes notifications by condition. Slack is available as a second destination when your Workspace has it connected.
Writing to the team
For anything the help center does not answer, and for questions about billing, plans, security reviews or a migration, write to us from the contact page. Tell us the Workspace name, the screen you were on, and what you expected to happen. If you would rather be walked through the product, request a demo and we will use your own workflow as the example.
Keeping up with changes
The changelog carries dated notes on what shipped. Product pages on this site name the product version their claims were checked against, and each page here shows the day it was last updated.
