Analytics in Collabre answers two questions: how content performed, and whether the numbers agree with each other.
The dashboard
The performance dashboard covers engagement, reach, impressions and clicks across the platforms a Brand publishes to. Beneath it sit per post analytics, best and worst performing content, a platform breakdown and audience growth. Filter by Brand, by Campaign and by date range.
Verification and truth sources
Collabre pulls the same metrics from independent sources, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog, and from the platforms themselves. It compares them and reports divergence.
Choose which source your Workspace treats as truth, and set the threshold beyond which a disagreement matters. When platform reported numbers drift past that threshold against your verified source, Collabre raises a warning or a critical alert rather than quietly averaging the difference.
The Campaign variance view applies the same idea at the Campaign level, comparing reported against verified for the work that Campaign owns.
Anomaly detection
Statistically unusual movements in a metric are flagged with a severity score and a suggested action. Acknowledge an anomaly once you have read it, and it stops competing for attention while the record of it stays.
Attribution
Five attribution models are available: last click, first click, linear, time decay and position based. Pick the model per report rather than once for the Workspace, so an awareness Campaign and a direct response Campaign can each be read with the model that suits it.
Goals
Goals support three frameworks: OKR, SMART and 4DX. Build them hierarchically with key results and tracked metrics underneath. A metric can be entered by hand, or sourced from analytics, from Jira, or from social data. Campaign performance updates goal progress on its own, and a goal can be linked to a Jira epic where that is the system of record.
Reports
Schedule a report to be produced on a recurring basis so a client or an executive receives it without anyone remembering to send it.
Agencies can publish reports under their own branding on their own domain. Export any report to CSV or PDF when someone wants the raw rows or a document to file.
Where the numbers come from
Analytics sourced through Google Analytics 4, PostHog and the ad platforms carry the connection through to the report, so a figure can be traced to the account it came from. Connect those sources early, because a report can only verify what it can reach. See Integrations.
Reading a report well
- Decide the truth source before you read the numbers, not after.
- Set the divergence threshold to something you would actually act on.
- Use the same attribution model when you compare two periods.
- Check the Campaign variance view before you present Campaign results.
- Export to CSV when you want to do your own arithmetic on the rows.
