Working in Collabre

Campaigns

Build a Campaign with the creation wizard, break it into Deliverables and Content Slots, work the Assembly Board, and move through the four phases.

A Campaign is where one marketing initiative lives: the brief, the goals, the budget, the dates, the team, the Deliverables and the phase it is in.

The creation wizard

Creating a Campaign opens a guided setup, grouped by phase. The panels are labeled:

  1. Campaign Info: name, dates, Brand.
  2. Channel Selection: Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, Blog / CMS, SMS / Push, Influencer.
  3. Brief & Goals.
  4. Reference Assets.
  5. Budget Allocation.
  6. Deliverables Definition.
  7. Content Calendar.
  8. Team Assignment.
  9. Marketing Checklist.

You can move back through the panels before you finish, and you can edit everything afterwards from the Campaign itself. A counter shows how many panels are complete.

Phases

A Campaign moves through four phases: Setup, Planning, Production and Launch. An interactive phase bar at the top shows where it stands and what is outstanding in the current phase, so a Campaign Manager can see at a glance whether the work is ready to move on.

Deliverables and Content Slots

A Deliverable is one finished item the Campaign owes, such as an Instagram launch post. Each Deliverable breaks into typed Content Slots: caption, image, video, thumbnail, hashtags, first comment, alt text, ad copy, link sticker, caption overlay and many more.

Every Content Slot is assigned to a role, which is Writer, Designer or Reviewer, and moves through its own states: empty, in progress, submitted, in review, and then approved or rejected. Because the assignment is by role, the work routes itself once the team is set.

People in non manager roles open a contributor dashboard that shows only the Content Slots assigned to them, with the brief beside each one.

The Assembly Board

The Assembly Board is the view where all of a Campaign's Deliverables and their Content Slots are composed together. Drop a caption, an image and a thumbnail into a Deliverable and the board renders the platform preview of the assembled result, so you review the finished post rather than its parts.

From the composer you can submit directly into a slot, which keeps writing where writing happens and assembly where assembly happens. See Composer and calendar.

Checklists

Attach a marketing checklist to a Campaign so recurring steps are not skipped. Checklists are visible on the Campaign and can be worked by anyone assigned to it.

Autopilot and spending

Each Campaign carries an Autopilot level deciding how far Agents may act without asking: Off, Suggest Only, Auto with Approval, Full Auto. New Campaigns default to Suggest Only. Beside it sit a per Campaign spending cap and an allowed domain list. See The AI workforce.

Measuring a Campaign

A Campaign tracks its goals, keeps an activity and change history timeline, and carries a variance view comparing reported numbers against verified ones. Attribution rolls performance back to the Campaign. See Analytics and reports.

Reviewing the work

Content Slots have their own review layer, and posts run through the Workspace or Brand Approval Workflow. See Approvals for how the two fit together.
