Working in Collabre

Media Library

Store assets in nested folders per Brand, search AI and manual tags, keep version history, approve assets, and pull in files from the Design Hub.

The Media Library holds every file a Brand uses, with the tags, versions and approvals that keep it usable months later.

Folders

Each Brand gets its own nested folder tree, so one client's files never mix with another's. Create folders by client, Campaign, quarter or format, and nest them as deep as your team needs. Assets are reusable across posts, Campaigns and Brands, so a folder is an organizing choice rather than a wall.

Uploaded images are analyzed by a vision model and tagged with the objects, scenes and content it recognizes, each tag carrying a confidence score. Add your own tags alongside the AI ones, and search across both.

Search by a written description of the image when you cannot remember the file name. Where the model tagged an asset thinly, add manual tags so the next person finds it.

Versions

Every asset keeps a version history with an active version pointer. Upload a replacement and the pointer moves, so posts and Campaigns that reference the asset follow it rather than breaking.

Compare two versions before you set the active one, and comment on the asset to record what changed and why. Rolling back is a matter of pointing at the earlier version again.

Asset approvals

Assets run through an Approval Workflow of their own, mirroring the one posts use. Submit an asset, it waits on the reviewing role, and it is approved or rejected with a comment. Approve a photograph once and it can then be used across posts and Campaigns without a second review each time. See Approvals.

Storage

Each Workspace has a storage quota. The library shows the plan, how much is stored and how much the plan allows, so nobody meets the ceiling at upload time. The per plan figures live in the product registry the pricing page reads, so check /pricing for the current numbers.

The Design Hub

The Design Hub is one surface over Figma, Canva, Shutterstock and Freepik. Browse and search stock imagery, pull in design files, track the licensing that comes with them, and save what you pick straight into the library so it arrives with the rest of your assets.

AI images and LoRA training

Generate images from text, edit them, and keep them consistent with the Brand. Generation is available in the composer as well, so a visual can be made where the post is written.

LoRA training goes further: train a custom image model on your own Brand assets so generated visuals match the look you have already established. Build the dataset from assets in the library, start the training job, and watch its progress from the same screen. Once a model is trained, generation can use it, which is how a Brand keeps one visual identity across a lot of generated work.

Using assets in content

From the composer, attach a file by dragging it in or by picking it from the Brand's library. Inside a Campaign, drop an asset into an image or video Content Slot, and the Assembly Board shows the Deliverable with that asset in place. See Campaigns.
