Publishing runs from the accounts connected to a Brand. One post can go to several destinations at once, with per platform copy applied on the way out.
Social platforms
Collabre publishes to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit and WhatsApp Business.
Each integration handles that platform's real requirements rather than posting the same payload everywhere: Instagram's container flow for carousels and its first comment, LinkedIn's two phase image upload, TikTok's video processing status, and each platform's character limits and rate limits.
Websites and CMSs
Publish beyond social to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Ghost. Connect the site with credentials Collabre stores encrypted, then publish and update posts, pages and products from the same place you write social content.
Content is staged first with a preview URL, so a person reviews the page as it will look before it goes live. SEO metadata is managed per piece, covering meta tags, Open Graph, structured data, robots directives and canonical URLs. Publish status syncs back into Collabre so the record here matches the site.
Email is written in Collabre and sent through the connected email provider. Define audience segments by rule, write the subject line and body, or have the AI panel draft them, and trigger a send on an event. Engagement comes back as sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed and converted.
The publishing queue
The queue is the dashboard of everything scheduled and in flight, with status, failures and retry state. Open it when a post did not appear where you expected it.
A failed publish retries automatically with increasing delays, up to three attempts, before it is marked failed. When a platform rejects a post because its access token expired, Collabre refreshes the token and retries without asking you.
Scheduling in bulk
Bulk scheduling imports many posts at once through a spreadsheet style screen. Map your columns, check the preview, and the posts land on the calendar as scheduled drafts.
Recurring posts save a repeating pattern instead: daily, weekly or monthly, on named days and times in a chosen timezone. Collabre generates the posts on schedule, and you can pause or delete the pattern from the calendar.
A/B testing
Publish variants of a post and compare how they perform, then keep the winner. Variants are tracked as one test rather than as unrelated posts, so the comparison stays honest.
Ads
Connected ad accounts on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising are managed here too, down to the ad platform's own campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords, with CPA, ROAS and CTR reported back. The AI panel drafts ad copy variations, and optimization Agents act on performance within the Autopilot level set on the Campaign.
Before you publish
- Check the platform previews in the composer. See Composer and calendar.
- Confirm the post has cleared its Approval Workflow. See Approvals.
- Confirm the account's connection health on the Brand.
- Check the queue after the scheduled time, and read the failure reason if there is one.
