Canva

Designs imported into the media library.

What it does in Collabre

Canva lets the people who make quick social graphics keep using the tool they know, while the result lands where the rest of the team works. Collabre opens your Canva designs, lets you create new ones, and imports finished designs into the Media Library, so a graphic made in Canva is ready for a post or a Campaign without a download and upload in between.

You work with Canva in the Design Hub. The Canva tab lists your designs with the date each was updated. Create Design starts a new design with the title you give it. Edit in Canva opens a design in Canva, and Export brings it back. Brand Kit shows your Canva brand templates, so new designs start from an approved layout. Exported designs appear under Saved Assets, where Save to Media Library puts them in the library. There each asset gets AI tags, version history and the same approval workflow as posts.

How to connect it

  1. Open Integration Hub from the Integrations group in the sidebar.
  2. Find Canva under Design and press Connect.
  3. Sign in on Canva's own consent screen and grant access.
  4. Back in Collabre, the card shows Connected with the account name.
  5. Open Design Hub from the sidebar, choose the Canva tab and press Browse Canva Designs.

The connection is stored against your Workspace. Disconnect from the Integration Hub card at any time.

Using it on a Campaign

Say a seasonal Campaign needs a set of story graphics for each week. A Designer opens the Canva tab, presses Brand Kit, and starts from the Brand's approved story template. They finish the design with Edit in Canva, then press Export. On Saved Assets, filtered to Canva, they press Save to Media Library. The graphic fills the image slot on the week's deliverable, goes through asset approval, and appears in the platform preview on the Assembly Board next to its caption.
