Confluence

Confluence is where many teams keep briefs, plans and launch notes. Collabre creates and updates Confluence pages from your Campaign data, with two way sync, so the pages stay current without anyone copying details across by hand. When a Campaign changes in Collabre, the page that describes it can change with it, and the page stays in the space your company already reads.

The Confluence screen has three tabs. Linked Spaces lists each Confluence space you have linked, with its key, an Active or Disabled badge and buttons to view pages, sync or unlink. Pages shows each synced page with its version, title, status, the Campaign it belongs to, its sync status and its direction. Connect Space loads the spaces in your Confluence cloud instance so you can link the ones you want. Like every integration, the connection refreshes its own credentials, syncs on a schedule and reports connection health.

Say your company keeps every launch plan in a Marketing space in Confluence. Link that space. When your team sets up a new Campaign, with its dates, channels, brief and goals, Collabre creates a Confluence page from that Campaign data in the linked space. As the plan changes in Collabre, the page is updated, and the Pages tab shows the page with its version and the Campaign it belongs to. Stakeholders who live in Confluence read an up to date plan without a Collabre login.
