Figma

Frames and assets imported into the media library.

What it does in Collabre

Figma connects your design files to the Media Library, so finished frames reach the people publishing them without a round of exports and uploads. Collabre imports frames and assets from Figma into the Media Library, where they sit beside the rest of your Brand's images and video, ready to use in posts and Campaigns.

You work with Figma in the Design Hub. The Figma tab lists your Figma files with the date each was last modified. Open a file to see its Frames and its Design Tokens. Select the frames you need, choose PNG, SVG, PDF or JPG, and export them. The Design Tokens view shows each token's name, value and category, with a swatch for colors. Exported frames appear under Saved Assets, where Save to Media Library puts them in the library. Once there, an asset gets AI tags, version history and the same approval workflow as posts.

How to connect it

  1. Open Integration Hub from the Integrations group in the sidebar.
  2. Find Figma under Design and press Connect.
  3. Sign in on Figma's own consent screen and grant access.
  4. Back in Collabre, the card shows Connected with the account name.
  5. Open Design Hub from the sidebar and choose the Figma tab to see your files.

The connection is stored against your Workspace. Disconnect from the Integration Hub card at any time.

Using it on a Campaign

Say your design team builds every launch visual in one Figma file. When the launch Campaign reaches Production, a Designer opens the file in the Design Hub, selects the frames for the Instagram and LinkedIn deliverables, picks PNG and presses Export. On Saved Assets, filtered to Figma, they press Save to Media Library. The frames now fill the image slots on the Campaign's deliverables, go through asset approval, and show in platform previews on the Assembly Board next to the captions they belong with.
