Search and license stock images and vectors.

What it does in Collabre

Freepik gives your team stock images and vectors inside Collabre. Search Freepik, license what you need and save it into the Media Library, right where your posts and Campaigns are built. Vectors are useful for icons, patterns and simple illustrations that a photo cannot cover, and licensing is tracked with the asset so the question of whether it was cleared has an answer.

You search Freepik from the Stock Images tab in the Design Hub. Type what you need, choose Freepik as the provider and press Search. Each result shows its title, artist and dimensions. Press License to license an image or vector, and it is marked Licensed. Licensed assets appear under Saved Assets, where Save to Media Library puts them in the library. There they get AI tags, version history and the same approval workflow as the rest of your assets, and they can be reused across posts, Campaigns and Brands.

How to connect it

  1. Open Integration Hub from the Integrations group in the sidebar.
  2. Find Freepik under Stock Media and press Connect.
  3. Complete the sign in Freepik asks for and grant access.
  4. Back in Collabre, the card shows Connected with the account name.
  5. Open Design Hub from the sidebar and choose the Stock Images tab.
  6. Choose Freepik as the provider, enter a search and press Search.

The connection is stored against your Workspace. Disconnect from the Integration Hub card at any time.

Using it on a Campaign

Say a software company's onboarding Campaign needs a consistent set of illustrations for a carousel and an email series. A Designer opens Stock Images, switches the provider to Freepik and searches for vectors in one style. They press License on the set that fits, then on Saved Assets, filtered to Freepik, press Save to Media Library. The illustrations fill the image slots across the Campaign's deliverables, pass asset approval, and appear in platform previews on the Assembly Board.
