Notion

Notion is where plenty of marketing teams keep their editorial calendars and campaign trackers. Collabre creates and updates Notion pages and database entries from your Campaign data, with two way sync, so the Notion views your team already uses stay current without anyone retyping dates, owners or statuses.

The Notion screen has four tabs. Linked Databases lists each Notion database you have linked, with an Active or Disabled badge and buttons to view pages, sync or unlink. Pages shows each synced page with its version, title, status, the Campaign it belongs to, its sync status and its direction. Connect Database loads the databases in your Notion workspace so you can link the ones you want. Templates creates ready made Notion databases, such as editorial calendars and campaign trackers, under a parent page you choose. Like every integration, the connection refreshes its own credentials, syncs on a schedule and reports connection health.

Say your team plans a quarter of Campaigns and wants one tracker in Notion that leadership can read. Open Templates, pick a parent page and create a campaign tracker database. Link it on Connect Database. As each Campaign is set up and moves through Setup, Planning, Production and Launch in Collabre, entries in the tracker are created and updated from the Campaign data, and edits made in Notion sync back. The Pages tab shows every entry with the Campaign it belongs to.
