Slack keeps your team up to date where it already talks. Collabre sends notifications, approval requests, publish alerts and content updates to the Slack channels you choose, so people hear about a post waiting for review or a Campaign going live without having to keep Collabre open all day.

Channel mapping decides what goes where. Each mapping sends events from the whole Workspace, or from a single Brand, to one Slack channel, so a client channel only hears about that client's Brand. Digest notifications add a daily or weekly summary to a channel at the time you set. You manage all of this on the Slack teams page in Settings, which lists each connected Slack workspace, your channel mappings and your digests. Like every integration, the connection refreshes its own credentials and reports its health.

Say an agency runs a product launch Campaign for a client with its own Brand in Collabre. Map that Brand to the client's shared Slack channel. When a post goes to review, the approval request lands in the channel, and when the post publishes on launch day, the publish alert follows. Add a daily digest to your internal channel so account leads start each morning with a summary of what moved, while the client channel only sees its own Brand.
