Integrations and API

Integrations

How to connect a tool to Collabre, what each category of integration does, and how connections refresh their own credentials and report health.

Collabre connects to the tools your team already runs rather than asking you to replace them. This page covers how a connection is made and what each category is for.

Connecting a tool

Open the integrations screen in your Workspace and find the tool. Press connect, sign in on that provider's own consent screen, and pick the account, property or project Collabre may use.

The connection is stored against your Workspace, and where the integration is Brand specific, such as a social account, against the Brand. Collabre refreshes credentials on its own schedule, syncs on a schedule, and reports connection health so you can see a broken connection before a report or a publish depends on it. Disconnect from the same screen at any time.

Each connected tool gets its own dashboard inside Collabre, so you read its data here rather than switching between tabs.

What each category covers

  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. These are the independent sources verification compares platform numbers against. See Analytics and reports.
  • Advertising. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, for managing paid activity and reading spend and performance.
  • CRM. HubSpot and Salesforce, so content work can be read next to pipeline.
  • Project management. Jira, with two way sync for teams that keep Jira as their system of record.
  • Documentation. Confluence and Notion, with two way sync, so pages are created and updated from Campaign data instead of by hand.
  • Workspace. Google Workspace, so the documents and spreadsheets your team already keeps there are reachable from the work that uses them.
  • Messaging. Slack, with channel mapping, so a channel receives what happens on the Brands it follows.
  • Design. Figma and Canva, surfaced in the Design Hub beside your own assets.
  • Stock media. Shutterstock and Freepik, searched from the Design Hub and saved straight into the Media Library. See Media Library.
  • Listings. Yext and Google Business Profile, for business information, review monitoring and replies.

The current list of connectable tools, with a page for each, is on the integrations page.

Social accounts are connected per Brand

Social accounts are not on the integrations screen. They attach to a Brand, because publishing runs from the Brand, and you connect them from the Brand's accounts screen or during onboarding. See Getting started and Publishing.

When a connection breaks

A provider can revoke a token, a password change can invalidate it, or an account's permissions can be narrowed. Collabre marks the connection unhealthy and stops trusting its data rather than reporting a silent zero.

  • Open the integrations screen and read the health state.
  • Reconnect the tool and re-grant the permissions it asks for.
  • Check any scheduled report that ran while the connection was down.

Building your own

If the tool you need is not listed, you can reach Collabre from the outside with API keys and webhooks, and you can point an Agent at your own internal API with a custom HTTP tool. See API and webhooks.
