Autopilot level

An Autopilot level is the per-Campaign setting that decides how far Agents may act without asking a person. It has four positions, Off, Suggest Only, Auto with Approval and Full Auto, and every new Campaign starts on Suggest Only, so an Agent proposes and a person decides.

How it works in Collabre

The level is set on each Campaign, not once for the Workspace, so a routine always-on Campaign and a sensitive launch can run at different levels.

Each level means something specific. At Off, no optimization Agents run for the Campaign. At Suggest Only, Agents watch the metrics and propose actions in the Inbox, and nothing is acted on. At Auto with Approval, Agents queue each action and a teammate approves it before it runs. At Full Auto, Agents act without approval, within the destructive-action rules.

Raising a Campaign above Suggest Only requires three guardrails first: a spending cap for the Campaign set above zero, a list of the domains its Agents may reach, and at least one destructive-action rule that applies to the Campaign. The Campaign Autopilot page shows the four levels with their descriptions and a checklist of which guardrails are in place.

The controls around it

The Autopilot level works alongside the other controls rather than replacing them. Tool approval rules still allow, deny or require confirmation for each tool, and actions classified as destructive are set to automatic, human-in-the-loop or denied. Kill switches halt one Agent or every Agent at once.

On ad accounts, optimization Agents flag underperforming ad sets and recommend budget and creative changes, and a person decides what to apply.
