Campaign

A Campaign is the container for one marketing initiative. It holds the brief, the goals, the budget, the date range, the people and Agents assigned to it with their roles, the Deliverables it owes and the phase it is in. Posts, tasks and assets attach to it, and its performance rolls up to it.

How it works in Collabre

A Campaign moves through four phases: Setup, Planning, Production and Launch. An interactive phase bar shows where it stands and what remains.

A guided creation wizard builds the Campaign panel by panel, grouped by phase. Setup covers Campaign Info, Channel Selection, Brief and Goals, Reference Assets and Budget Allocation. Planning covers Deliverables Definition, the Content Calendar, Team Assignment and the Marketing Checklist. The channels on offer are Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, Blog or CMS, SMS or Push, and Influencer.

Team Assignment names the Campaign roles, from Campaign Manager to Advertiser, and the person or Agent filling each one. The work itself is broken into Deliverables and their Content Slots.

Governing AI on a Campaign

Each Campaign carries an Autopilot level that decides how far Agents may act without asking, alongside its own spending cap and a list of allowed domains.

Measuring a Campaign

Campaign performance covers goal tracking, attribution, an activity and change-history timeline, and a variance view that compares reported against verified metrics.
