How it works in Collabre
Agents are built in Agent Studio. Write the system prompt yourself, or start from one of eight preset templates: Strategist, Copywriter, Designer Brief Writer, Media Buyer, Analyst, SEO Specialist, QA Reviewer and Community Manager. Pick the tools the Agent may use, attach knowledge bases, configure its memory and set its per-run and daily spending caps.
Every published configuration is an immutable version, with a diff, rollback, archive and duplicate. A test panel runs the Agent against a scenario and shows the step trace live before you publish.
Working alongside people
An Agent fills a Campaign role, such as Content Writer or Analyst, and plans meter those roles as AI seats. When it needs a decision, it raises a question in the Human-in-the-loop Inbox and pauses its run until someone answers.
Tool approval rules decide which tools an Agent may call on its own, and the default is human confirmation on every call. The Autopilot level of each Campaign sets how far Agents may go without asking, and every Agent action is written to the audit log with its reasoning.
