How it works in Collabre
The per-run and daily caps are set on each Agent in Agent Studio, and the monthly cap is set for the Workspace. The Campaign cap sits on the Campaign Autopilot page. It must be set above zero, and with an allowed-domain list and at least one destructive-action rule it makes up the three guardrails a Campaign needs before its Autopilot level can rise above Suggest Only.
Caps are one of several governance controls. Kill switches halt one Agent or every Agent in the Workspace immediately. Spend forecasting and anomaly alerts flag unusual run patterns. A Department run reports its total cost when it finishes.
Where spend is visible
The governance dashboard covers Agent permissions, spend, tool rules and destructive actions in one place, and a compliance report can be exported for review.
