Workspace

A Workspace is the tenant in Collabre: one company, agency or client. It holds the billing, the members, the Brands, the content and the settings, and it is reached at its own subdomain. A person can belong to several Workspaces and switch between them, and each one keeps its work apart from the others.

How it works in Collabre

Everything starts with a Workspace. The onboarding wizard has three steps: create the Workspace, create a Brand, then connect the social accounts you publish from. A getting-started checklist on the dashboard tracks what is still outstanding.

Access inside a Workspace is layered. The Owner has full control, including billing and deleting the Workspace. Admins manage members, Spaces, Teams and settings. Members see what their Space and Team membership grants them. Spaces group work by department or function, such as Marketing or Design, and Teams sit inside Spaces, can nest inside other Teams, and are granted access to specific Brands.

The subscription belongs to the Workspace too. The plan sets how many Brands, team members and AI seats the Workspace has, and add-ons raise one limit at a time.

Agencies and clients

An agency keeps one client per Workspace when the work must stay separate, or holds several client Brands inside one Workspace when the same people cover them, with each Team granted only the Brands it works on. Agent memory is scoped as well: Workspace memory is opt-in, and there is deliberately no global memory across Workspaces.
