Brand

A Brand is the organizing unit for all content in Collabre. Each Brand has its own logo, colors, fonts, voice and written guidelines, and its own connected social accounts. A Workspace holds one or more Brands, and almost nothing in the product is visible until the first Brand exists.

How it works in Collabre

Creating a Brand is the step that unlocks content, AI and marketing features, which is why it is the second step of onboarding, straight after the Workspace.

Each Brand carries a Brand Kit: a managed library of brand fonts, brand images, saved hashtag sets and locked brand templates. Brand voice scoring checks content against the Brand's guidelines and returns feedback a writer can act on, and language variants hold per-locale versions for teams that work in several markets.

A Brand switcher in the top bar sets the active Brand across the whole app, so the calendar, the media library and the analytics all follow it. Connected social accounts and their health are managed per Brand, and an Approval Workflow can be set per Brand when one client or product line needs a different review chain from the rest.

Access by Brand

Teams are granted access to specific Brands, and sub-teams inherit that access unless it is overridden. An agency can give each client team only the Brands it works on.
