Deliverable

A Deliverable is one finished item a Campaign owes, such as an Instagram launch post. It is defined per channel and platform while the Campaign is planned, and it breaks into typed Content Slots, such as the caption, the image and the hashtags, which different roles fill and review separately.

How it works in Collabre

Deliverables are defined in the Planning phase of a Campaign, in the Deliverables Definition panel of the creation wizard, per channel and platform. The Content Calendar panel then places them on a timeline.

Each Deliverable breaks into Content Slots. A launch post might need a caption from a writer, an image from a designer, hashtags and a first comment, and each of those is its own slot with its own owner and review state. The Content tab of a Campaign groups Deliverables by channel and shows who owns each slot, how many slots are filled and where the Deliverable stands.

The Assembly Board brings the slots of every Deliverable together with a platform preview of the assembled result.

Linking the work

Tasks link to Campaigns, Deliverables and Content Slots, so the production work behind a Deliverable is traceable to the content it produces.
