How it works in Collabre
A person writes the brief. The conductor produces a plan, and subtasks are dispatched to the member Agents in an order that respects their dependencies. When a member needs a decision, its question goes to the Human-in-the-loop Inbox and the run pauses. At the end, the Department reports back with its total cost and duration.
Seven presets ship: Marketing, Content, Analytics, Operations, SaaS Growth, DTC E-commerce and Agency. Swap a member Agent for another, or stack extra instructions onto one member slot, without rebuilding the Department.
Watching and improving a Department
A run dashboard shows each subtask's status live, and the Activity view groups the work into Department swimlanes. Performance scorecards show how a Department has done over time, and a Department that works well can be cloned.
