Ground-truth verification

Ground-truth verification is how Collabre checks reported numbers. It pulls the same metrics from independent sources, such as Google Analytics 4, PostHog and the platforms themselves, compares them, and raises a warning or a critical alert when platform-reported figures disagree with the source you trust beyond a threshold you set.

How it works in Collabre

Choose which source your Workspace treats as truth, and set the threshold beyond which a disagreement matters. When platform-reported numbers drift past that threshold, Collabre reports the divergence as a warning or a critical alert rather than quietly averaging the difference.

The Campaign variance view applies the same idea to a single Campaign, comparing reported against verified metrics for the work that Campaign owns.

How it differs from anomaly detection

Anomaly detection looks at one metric over time and flags statistically unusual movements with a severity score and a suggested action. Verification looks across sources at the same moment and asks whether they agree. The two answer different questions, and a report is stronger with both.

Attribution then decides which touchpoints get credit for a conversion. See last-click, linear and position-based attribution.
